The Daniel Fast does not have to be an expensive or complicated way to fast . I am going to try to make it as simple and easy to understand as I can. I will start with the foods that you are to refrain from while fasting.
AVOID:
*ALL MEAT AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS
*ALL DAIRY PRODUCTS (MILK , EGGS , BUTTER , CHEESE)
*ALL SWEETENERS (HONEY , SUGAR , SYRUP , MOLASSES , CANE JUICE)
a note regarding honey: some will use honey as it is considered an all- natural sweetener - this is between you and the Lord.
*ALL LEAVENED BREAD ( INCLUDING EZEKIAL BREAD-IT CONTAINS YEAST AND HONEY)
*ALL REFINED AND PROCESSED FOODS ( ARTIFICIAL FLAVORINGS , FOOD ADDITIVES , CHEMICALS , WHITE RICE , WHITE FLOUR AND FOODS THAT CONTAIN ARTIFICIAL PRESERVATIVES)
*ALL DEEP FRIED FOODS(POTATO CHIPS , SNACK FOODS , FRENCH FRIES)
*ALL SOLID FATS(SHORTENING , MARGARINE , LARD)
